About the Role

You will support the design, development, and implementation of automated systems and applications that reduce manual work and improve performance across operations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify automation opportunities with internal teams and clients

Build and maintain custom automation solutions

Improve existing systems with measurable gains in efficiency and quality

Configure, program, and integrate new technologies

Guide junior engineers and support testing activities

Document processes, prepare reports, and ensure best practices

Troubleshoot issues and optimize automation performance

Participate in reviews, audits, and CI/CD-related automation work

What You Need

Understanding of automation systems, programming, and testing

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

Knowledge of scripting/programming (Python/Java/C# preferred)

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, CI/CD tools, and SDLC

Experience with automation or digital workflows is an advantage
